- Andonis
This obscure man's journey dates way back to February 3rd 2005.Andonis was born Andonis Sabian-Emerson Brennan-Fernando in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, England, to his mother and father Michelle & Eric, being welcomed to the family also by two older sisters Emily and Isobel. He was raised on esquisit taste in a Christian household, his mother being Christian, and grew up watching old television shows such as "The Young Ones" and "Only Fools and Horses", as well as old music. His two favourite musicians throughout his childhood were Cliff Richard and kenny Rogers, which he kindly blames his mother for til this day (and she doesn't deny it). He still loved 80s music as a child, which would later influence his life majorly.Since he was very little, Andonis had always dreamed of becoming a musician. Driven by this passionate dream, he attended choir in primary school so he could sing, and later attempted to attend guitar and vocal lessons, but dropped out of them both due to mental health and the covid pandemic. This would be the start of him teaching himself how to play at his own pace.Originally, he wanted to make modern rock music (think Shinedown's older music), but after years of struggling what rock style he wanted to use, he discovered the 1980s again, after being your normal moody teen, when he started in college and was determined to handle synthesizers and the fretless bass since then. This is when bands like Depeche Mode, Duran Duran and and OMD would start to influence his new sound and fashion style. In college, Andonis was belittled for not having any talent at the start and was pushed to work on music production instead. But due to stubborness, he refused to do that alone and pushed himself to play his instruments more.
He would join his first band in 2021, a college class band, where he'd become more 'fluent in bass'. In 2022, that band would break up and Andonis would become a session bassist in multiple rock bands whilst he worked on his own musical presence on the sidelines. In late 2022, he was booted from the band, so he decided to work on himself more so he could go solo. This lasted until early 2023, when he'd decided to finally pick up the guitar again, as he was approached by a stranger after a solo college performance. This fellow stranger would influence Andonis' confidence and become one of his best friends in the future, and this stranger was Hugo Hugh.Andonis would form yet another band, this time with Hugo, named "Schwimmbad". Here, they both decided to dabble in 80s New Wave music together to finish college and debut their careers. For months, they worked on the band's debut single "How To Find A Fallen Star/Lovely Dreaming", releasing it in early 2024, and ended their college career together with a bang (aka, their best performance yet at The Underground, Hanley).During Schwimmbad's debut, Andonis co-founded his record label "Weather Music Records" with his mum-ager Michelle Brennan.Once college finished, the band took an unexpected break and Andonis released his previously written B-side "Lovely Dreaming" onto his own solo platforms, launching his now solo career.During 2024, Andonis began performing at open mic nights at an old dive bar named "The Captains Bar", covering various 80s songs and gradually moving onto covering songs as early as the 60s later on. In mid-2024, he began writing and planning his debut album which involved multiple drafts, scrapped ideas and failed pieces. After months of his brain arguing about what name goes where, the album title, song lenths and all of that ballyhoo, he finally started to record ad produce his finalized debut album in late-2024. he finished recording the instrumental for the album in early-2025 and worked on the vocals shortly after. He is currently planning on releasing his album's debut single in mid-2025, the album in late-2025, and is releasing teasers via his instagram (@andonisweatherofficial) during this period. But for now, stream "Lovely Dreaming" and enjoy!

The first vinyl Andonis bought was "Now That's What I Call Music NO.1" from the shop, which would soon start Andonis' love for vinyl and retro items and would begin his collection (which is now 323 vinyl, including 7", 10" and 12"!)"Rob is a huge fan of the band already- we haven't even released anything! But I already know he's gonna be one of our biggest fans. He's a great friend, I've known him for a while now, and he is happy to see new and familiar faces! He tells me 'remember me when you're big and famous', which I most definitely will. He's impacted me so many in ways he doesn't even know", Andonis states.
